Hi, I’m Cassie and my vision as a therapist is to introduce a sense of calm, relaxation and positive wellbeing using a range of holistic treatments and alternative therapeutic services. I have an ever growing passion for health and wellbeing along with all things spiritual including reiki, oracle cards, crystals, manifestation, self development, working with the moon phases and the universe.

In my personal time I enjoy wild swimming outdoors, I am drawn to the ocean and love to be surrounded by nature, I am a very creative person with a passion for art and of course love to practice and learn more about self development, meditation, crystals and all things spiritual. Since I was little I have had a pull towards energy healing and spirituality and as an empath, neurodivergent and highly sensitive person I have had my own struggles with wellbeing. This is why I created Mind and Bloom, to share all of the teachings which I have discovered along the way to help and support others on their path to healing.
Mindfulness is one of my favourite therapies and one which I have found great healing with, it has been proven through scientific study to improve general health & well-being, enhance creativity, productivity, reduce stress, anxiety and depression along with many other benefits. I deliver health and well-being coaching sessions from the latest mindfulness now programme (developed by Central England College) combining mindfulness based cognitive therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques including meditation, self-reflection, self-development and mindfulness study which I highly recommend for anyone experiencing anxiety/depression.
I have worked in association with several organisations delivering a variety of wellbeing training programmes. My projects have included support as a personal development trainer and coach within the cancer support centre and work as a mental health, wellbeing and mindfulness teacher within a neuroscience company teaching programmes throughout primary and secondary schools. I also have experience of working for many years within the social care sector as a support worker for visually impaired adults, an advisor within a weight loss hospital, a carer voice project officer supporting unpaid carers (inc. adults with dementia, autism, hoarding behaviours, ADHD and a complex variety of mental health conditions) along with experience as a manager at team bootcamp fitness retreat. These experiences have all contributed to my passion for health and wellbeing to help others grow and develop on their own holistic journey.

Thanks to a diverse range of work and personal experience, I have developed an in depth knowledge of the struggles people encounter throughout life and always practice with a non judgemental approach, its important you feel safe to share what's going on for you. I always try to support all of my clients with the purest and highest intentions and want the very best for you.
