Spiritual Coaching

Includes a selection of mindfulness, meditation, manifestation, breathwork, reiki, oracle cards and intuitive life coaching exercises to promote inner healing. These sessions can help to promote healing in whatever area of your life it is required most. This coaching also includes elements of the mindfulness coaching mentioned above but also includes more spiritual elements to healing – not everyone likes spirituality and that’s ok, which is why I offer both options so everyone can access something suitable for them. The ultimate one to one therapy session for healing of the mind, body & soul.
