1. About Us
   These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of personalised numerology reports by Mind & Bloom Holistic Therapy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Description
   We provide personalised numerology and life path reports based on the personal information you supply (such as your name and date of birth). Reports are delivered digitally via email.

3. Personalisation
   You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for errors in your report resulting from incorrect information submitted by you.

4. Delivery
   Reports are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Delivery will be made to the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, emails going to spam/junk folders, or technical issues outside our control.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
   Due to the personalised nature of our reports, all numerology reports are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once work has begun. By purchasing, you agree that your report is a personalised digital product and you waive your 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will only be considered if your report has not yet been started or we fail to deliver your report.

6. Entertainment Disclaimer
   All numerology and life path reports are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to provide medical, legal, or financial advice, nor should they replace professional guidance. You should seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

7. Limitation of Liability
   We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or interpretation of any report and are not responsible for any decisions made based on your report. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Intellectual Property
   All reports are for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the report. All content remains the intellectual property of Mind & Bloom Holistic Therapy.

9. Payments
   All payments are processed securely via SumUp. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by SumUp’s terms and conditions. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

10. Data Protection
    We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR. Your information is used only to create and deliver your report and to communicate with you.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
